Thank you for your interest in contributing to my campaign. We need your help and support to succeed!

Before you make your online contribution, please read carefully the following:

• Federal law allows individuals to donate $2,300 for both the primary and general elections for a total of $4,600 per individual.
• Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
• Federal Law prohibits corporate and foreign national contributions.
• Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

All contribution data collected by Summers for Congress will be used for federal reporting purposes only. Please see our privacy statement for details. Individual donors are responsible for tracking personal contributions so that over contributing does not occur. Should you make a contribution that exceeds the legal limit, Summers for Congress will issue a refund for the over contribution. Donors may request a refund of a contribution at any time.
